We do not collect any personal data. The app works 100% offline (solo mode) and stores all game data locally on your device. No accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking.

Game progress (plates spotted, quiz scores, settings)
Language preference
Sound settings
Player names (for Car Party mode — never sent to any server)

This data is stored in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device.

What We Do NOT Collect

No personal information (name, email, phone, address)
No location data
No photos or camera access
No contacts or address book
No device identifiers
No cookies
No analytics or tracking
No advertising

Multiplayer Mode

When using the online multiplayer feature ("Car Party — Everyone's Phone"), the following data is temporarily shared with other players in your car:

The player name you enter (you choose what to share)
Your quiz answers and scores during the session
License plates you spot during the session

This data is stored temporarily in server memory and automatically deleted after 12 hours. We do not retain any multiplayer data permanently.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

This app is designed for children and families. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

We do not collect personal information from children under 13
We do not require account creation or sign-up
We do not use behavioral advertising
We do not share data with third parties
No external SDKs, analytics tools, or tracking pixels are used

GDPR Compliance (European Users)

For users in the European Economic Area:

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (providing the game service)
Data stored: Only locally on your device
Your rights: You can delete all data anytime via Settings → Reset Progress

Best interests of the child are prioritized
No profiling or automated decision-making
No geolocation or parental controls bypass

Third-Party Services

None. We do not use any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that process user data. All fonts, images, and sounds are bundled locally within the app.
